BORDER-LINE INDEX

BORDER-LINE INDEX OF LESSER KNOWN PROSPECTS WHO COULD BLOSSOM INTO A DIV I CALIBER PLAYERS BUT LIKELY COULD START THEIR COLLEGIATE CAREERS IN A DIV II OR SMALL COLLEGE SETTING:

• Leondre Townsen 6-4 WF Chicago Corliss – “Some nights this ultra-smooth athlete looks like a Div. I recruit. He’s equipped with long-arms & can score with his mid-range jumper. Top small College gem.”

• Anthony Roberts 6-5 F Oak Park – “Continues to exhibit stellar big-game feats. Played well versus Evanston in a lost last Saturday. St. Cloud St?”

• Jordan Booker 5-9 PG Chicago Bogan – “Speedy general learning how to manage a game, he can surprise opponents at the rim with his deceptive leaping ability.”

• Mitch Mascari 6-5 WF Geneva – “He shoots the cover off the ball, he also possesses nice size on the perimeter. Sources have indicated some D1 schools have shown interest.”

• Dhason Dyson 5-11 G Chicago Corliss – “This kid averages well over 20, matter of fact, he’s been dropping 30 on many opponents lately. A sleeper prospect in the class.”

• Elijah Stewart 5-10 G T.F. South – “Chic floor game, he’s starting to kick his play into high gear after transferring over from Kenwood.”

• Joe Doyle 6-9 C Chicago Corliss – “We’ve been ranting about his promising potential since the summer. Mobile athlete who competes, offensive game in the developing stages.”

• Tahir Thompson 6-2 F Lincoln Park – “A rising prospect who is a tough-minded physical player. His game/play is starting to flourish.”

• Jason Mason 6-6 F Providence St. Mel – “We see blemishes of his potential and what he can contribute in moving forward. We envision him playing on the perimeter one day.”

• Caleb Donaldson 6-5 G/F Bloomington – “Has carved out a nice season where he opened some eyes with his athleticism & occasional out-side shooting ability.”
