UN-SIGNED SENIORS WHO HAVE IMPRESSED EARLY

UN-SIGNED SENIORS WHO HAVE IMPRESSED EARLY
This just shows rankings are pointless and irrelevant; We will make the proper adjustments with all of our rankings, 2017, 2018, & 2019. Everything obviously will be based on performance.

1              Elyjah Williams      6’5”        SF           MM                         Evanston
Even though Montverde walloped his team, he turned some heads with his play.  Strong body, sneaky athlete, and very good student!

2              Allante Pickens      5’8”         G              LM                           Chicago Curie
This kid is the front man in the band for Curie.  Set’s the table with his ball handling, and ability to make big shots.  Capable of being a suffocating defender.  Has excellent grades!

3              Taylor Bruninga    6’6”         F              LM                           Illini Bluff
The lanky shooter has had several stout outings, playing in obscurity against 1A caliber talent.  Not to diminish any of his accomplishments.  Visited Illinois unofficially recently.  Now let’s not get juiced-up.

4              Kerion Chairs                        5’10”      PG           LM                           East St. Louis
Slippery and clever, just needs to become astute at game climate, especially if his team is to be successful.  Playing with a big fella like Jeremiah Tilmon can be rewarding.

5              Stone Parker                          5’9”         PG           LM                           DeLa Salle
Parker has played himself into group discussions, by guiding his squad to a surprising 5-0 start.  Last week they knocked-off a talented St. Joe’s squad.  Stone averages 13 points per outing.

6              Jalen Lee                6’4”         F              LM+                        Bloom Township
Has demonstrated early, he has some talent; Lee has performed admirably leading a young crop of talented youngster’s at Bloom.  He is no question a top 50-60 prospect in the class.

7              Terry Smith, Jr       6’5”         SF            LM-D2                    Chicago Curie
Hit’s the glass with authority, while playing a supporting role for the defending state champs.  Good athlete, not as polished offensively but compensates by out-working opponents.  Excellent student, Washington U, Univ Chicago, Illinois Wesleyan should pursue him.

8              Frankie Mack                         6’3”         G              LM                           Prospect

One of the Northwest Suburbs finest.  Saw him over the Thanksgiving break, making plays for his teammates, in addition to draining three pointers.  Frankie, can handle & he has nice size, plays with intelligence.  Averaged 15 markers last season.  A sleeper.
