TOP PROSPECTS IN 2019 CLASS

TOP PROSPECTS IN 2019 CLASS

This collection of young players have captivated our attention this summer, exhibiting a wealth of confidence and poise during big game settings. The class was dealt a blow when Solorio guard Kahlil Whitney decided to transfer out of state to St. Joseph in New Jersey. The six foot four Whitney was regarded as a top 5 “can’t miss” prospect within the group. Never-the-less this banner crop won’t lose any luster; the 2015-16 season featured many of these youngsters logging heavy minutes during their first year of varsity play and achieving success late in games. Our No. 1 prospect in the class didn’t suit-up during the season due to some eligibility issues-but Mr. Francis-Ohibuike Okoro showed observers while participating with the St. Louis Eagles Club Team why many consider the 6-10 gem to be a dominant force the next few years.

In Central Illinois large crowds can be expected to follow this future McDonald All-American. We will identify and size up the rest of the group.
