His school season was ravaged in lieu of some un-timely rule violations which cut his season short in January. This kid is a cool customer under pressure, a big shot-maker and has those winning intangibles that most Programs gravitate towards. Julio has probably lost seven or eight games in his 3-year varsity career. He was slated to suit-up with the high-powered Mac Irvin Fire Program this spring/summer. Patriot, Metro Atlantic, Northeast, & American East Conferences would be clever to pursue this kid.”
